Plot Overview: Set against the backdrop of the 1947 partition of India, the narrative follows a Muslim family migrating from Lucknow to Lahore. Upon arrival, they are allocated a haveli previously owned by a Hindu family that fled due to the partition. The story intensifies when the family discovers an elderly Hindu woman still residing in the haveli, leading to complex emotional dynamics and rising tensions.
